We have no need for bureaucracy so ranks do not play a very big role, but we use them to recognise seniority and structure is necessary for efficiency. Pilots are treated according to their skills and activity, not rank.
Payscale is shown in its very basic form, we offer plenty of bonuses that raise the paycheck.
